This policy describes how the public Audience Manager website at abcleadsrouter.com handles information. The staff platform at crm.abcleadsrouter.com is a separate application with its own access controls.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form or email info@audiencemanager.app, we receive the name, work email, company, and message you choose to send. Do not include patient names, medical notes, or other protected health information (PHI).

The on-site assistant answers product questions in your browser. Those questions are not stored as a platform record. Do not send PHI in chat.

How we use it

Business contact details are used only to reply about Audience Manager and implementation. We do not sell this information.

PHI and HIPAA

This public site is not a treatment or payment system. PHI belongs in the staff platform after login, where role permissions, masking, encryption, and audit logging apply. We ask visitors not to submit PHI here.

Cookies and hosting

The static site does not set marketing cookies. The host and email provider may keep standard server or mail logs (IP address, time, and user agent) for security and delivery.

Your choices

To update or delete a business inquiry you sent, email info@audiencemanager.app. Staff accounts are managed by your organization.
